SilverBirch Hotels and Resorts: With over 4000 employees in 21 properties across Canada, the corporate office and HR team there has worked with Impact People Practices for the past 9 months to develop branded communication and training initiatives to increase engagement and deepen the cultural values and stories that make the SilverBirch Hotels brand come to life.
Impact People Practices has been working for the last 6 months with the innovative team at Tourism Richmond. From creating performance management, leadership development, goals and objectives and total rewards initiatives that align with the organizations' culture and vision for business success has been tremendously inspiring.
